1. About Kevin A Creates

Kevin A Creates (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://kevinacreates.com and offers handmade stationery, stickers, and related goods. These Terms & Conditions govern all use of our site and all purchases made through it.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with any additional policies referenced herein.

2. Agreement to Purchase

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are entering into a binding agreement to purchase the items in your cart.

  • You have provided accurate and complete information, including billing and shipping details.

  • You have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions and all associated shop policies.

Kevin A Creates reserves the right to dispute any fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks. Proof of order fulfillment, including tracking information, delivery confirmation, and correspondence records, will be provided as evidence in any such dispute.

3. Product Information

All items offered by Kevin A Creates are handmade or hand-finished. As such, minor variations in color, placement, or size may occur. Colors may also appear differently on screens due to individual display settings.

We strive to ensure all descriptions and photographs are accurate; however, we cannot guarantee complete precision in color representation or detail.

4. Payment and Fraud Prevention

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal. Kevin A Creates does not store or have access to full payment card details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and evidence of fulfillment will be provided to payment processors as part of our dispute response.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Thursday), excluding holidays.

  • Processing times may extend during high-volume periods such as sales or holidays.

  • Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Orders returned due to invalid or undeliverable addresses will require the customer to purchase a new shipping label to have the order resent. If the customer opts to cancel instead, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.

Kevin A Creates is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been shipped. Customers should contact their postal carrier directly for any delivery issues.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or in error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photographs, text, and branding appearing on this website are the exclusive property of Kevin A Creates and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Kevin A Creates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kevin A Creates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

Personal information provided during checkout or account registration is used solely for order processing, fulfillment, and customer communication.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except as necessary to process your order (e.g., payment processors and shipping carriers).
