Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays or sitewide sales.

Shipping

  • All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless you select another option at checkout.

  • You’ll receive tracking details once your order has shipped (for all tracked shipping methods).

Stamped Shipping (Die-Cut Stickers Only)

  • A $1 USPS stamped mail option is available for die-cut sticker orders under 1 oz (about 6 stickers or fewer).

  • This option does not include tracking.

  • If your order contains other products or exceeds 1 oz, stamped shipping will not appear at checkout.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $35 (before taxes and after discounts).

Returned Packages

  • If an order is returned to us because of an invalid or incomplete address, don’t worry — we’re happy to reship it! We’ll just ask you to purchase a new shipping label so we can send it back out to you.

  • Prefer a refund instead? That’s no problem. We’ll refund your order minus the original shipping cost.

International Orders

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
