Do you ship internationally?
- We currently only ship to Canada and the US at this moment. Please consider subscribing to our newsletter to get updates when more international shipping becomes available.
When will my order ship?
- Current processing time is 3-5 days. Orders will ship as early as 3 days or as late as 5 days. This processing time does not include shipping time. Once it ships, please refer to your tracking numbers to estimate when your order will arrive. We are unable to make any guarantees once your order has shipped.
- Please also confirm that your shipping address is correct during checkout. Unfortunately, if address is incorrect, your order my be delayed or lost.
Can I cancel my order?
- Due to the nature of our products, cancellations must be made within 12 hours from when order was placed. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to process any cancellations or refunds.
I made 2 different purchases, can you combine my orders?
- Yes! If your order hasn't been shipped, contact us right away to combine your order. We will also refund you any extra postage that you might have paid. *Please note that you will be refunded the the difference*
What are your business hours?
- Monday through Thursday: 9am-6pm PST
- Friday: 4pm-7pm PST
- Weekends: Closed
How long does it take you to respond to messages?
- Response time can take between 24-48 hours.
- Response time can take longer during the weekends and during the holidays.
